Twelve Thirteen will not accept any items that have been worn, washed, or altered for any reason.
We exclusively use USPS to ship all packages. For orders within the United States, we use USPS Priority mail 2 Day shipping. For Canada and the rest of the world, we use USPS International Economy which takes 7 business days to deliver.
We will do our best to ship out your order as quickly as we can, but please allow up to 7 days to receive shipping confirmation.
Twelve Thirteen is not responsible for paying additional VAT charges for customs clearance. All customs is separate from the shipping cost and is out of our control. We cannot lower the value of orders to avoid potential customs.
Lost shipments and stolen packages from doorsteps/mailboxes are not the responsibility of Twelve Thirteen and claims must be made by the customer to the appropriate carrier.
